We sell grooming and fragrance products. All descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. Whilst we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all product information is entirely error-free.

When you place an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Payment is processed securely at checkout via Shopify Payments or another approved payment provider. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, though any change will not affect an order already confirmed.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

8. Returns and Refunds

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund.

As our products are cosmetics, we do not accept returns due to a change of mind once an item has been received. For hygiene and safety reasons, we are also unable to accept returns of opened or used products, unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

To report an issue, please email sales@zrbeauty.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the problem.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
