We take great pride in the quality of our beard oils. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund.
As our products are cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns simply due to a change of mind once the product has been received, unless the item is faulty or misdescribed. For hygiene reasons, we are also unable to accept returns of opened or used products.
